This product is available in three chip configurations—K10, K16, and K22—with thicknesses of 3.0 mm, 3.6 mm, and 4.2 mm, respectively, corresponding to maximum cooling temperature differences of 60°C, 65°C, and 70°C (under a hot-end temperature of Th=40°C). It has a maximum voltage of 5.8V, a maximum current of only 1.4A, a maximum cooling power of only 8W, and an internal resistance of 3.23Ω.
Compared to the 15×15mm TEC1-04902 (2.2A/13W/2.06Ω/60–70°C), the TEC1-04901 reduces power consumption by 38% (8W vs. 13W) and current is reduced by 36% (1.4A vs. 2.2A), while maintaining the same maximum temperature difference of 70°C. Energy efficiency is significantly improved—it generates a temperature difference of 8.75°C per watt of power consumption (70°C/8W), compared to 5.38°C/W for the TEC1-04902, representing an efficiency improvement of over 60%.

🔷Peltier Heater Installation and Usage Recommendations
1. Assembly pressure: 0.5 kg (0.25 kg/cm²) is recommended. It is recommended to apply thermal grease (thermal conductivity > 3 W/m·K) evenly to both surfaces, with a thickness of 0.05–0.1 mm.
2. Heat Sink Requirements for the Hot End: With a low power consumption of 8 W, a small 25 × 25 × 10 mm extruded aluminum heat sink is sufficient for most scenarios; for space-constrained applications, copper foil or graphite thermal film can be used to dissipate heat to the device enclosure.
3. Power Supply Requirements: Maximum voltage is 5.8 V. We recommend direct power supply via a 5 V/2 A USB power adapter or power bank, eliminating the need for an additional power supply design. For more stable temperature control, we recommend using a 5 V/2 A or higher LDO voltage regulator.
4. Lead Wires: The standard configuration includes 26 AWG silicone-coated wires, which fully meet the 1.4 A current requirement.
5. Current Limitation: Do not exceed 1.4A; it is recommended to connect a 1.5A self-resetting fuse in series.
6. Condensation Prevention: During deep cooling (cold end < 0°C), fill the area around the cold end with desiccant or add an insulating layer.
