With dimensions of just 15 × 15 mm, it delivers balanced cooling performance in a compact package, making it an ideal choice for cost-effective, compact temperature control equipment.

This product is available in three crystal configurations—K10, K14, and K18—with thicknesses of 3.0 mm, 3.4 mm, and 3.8 mm, respectively, corresponding to maximum cooling temperature differences of 60°C, 65°C, and 70°C (under conditions where the hot-end temperature Th = 40°C). It operates at a maximum voltage of just 3.7V, a maximum current of 4A, a maximum cooling power of 15W, and an internal resistance of 0.72Ω.

Compared to the 15×15mm TEC1-03105 (5A/19W/0.58Ω/60–70°C), the TEC1-03104 features a 20% reduction in current (4A vs. 5A) and and its power output is reduced by 21% (15W vs. 19W), while maintaining the same maximum temperature difference of 70°C. This results in less stringent requirements for the power supply, leads, and heat dissipation system, leading to lower system integration complexity and cost.

Compared to the 15×15mm TEC1-04901 (1.4A/8W/3.23Ω/60–70°C/5.8V), the TEC1-03104 delivers nearly twice the power (15W vs. 8W) and offers greater cooling capacity, while retaining the advantage of ultra-low 3.7V drive voltage.

Compared to the 15×15mm TEC1-03101 (1.4A/5W/2.06Ω/55–65°C/3.7V), the TEC1-03104 delivers three times the power (15W vs. 5W) and has a higher maximum temperature difference (70°C vs. 65°C), making it suitable for applications with higher thermal loads.
