It has a maximum voltage of just 3.7V, a maximum current of 3A, a maximum cooling power of 11W, and an internal resistance of 0.96Ω.
Compared to the 15×15mm TEC1-03104 (4A/15W/0.72Ω/60–70°C), the TEC1-03103 features a 25% reduction in current (3A vs. 4A) and and its power output is reduced by 27% (11W vs. 15W), while maintaining the same maximum temperature difference of 70°C.
