The TEC1-03103 is a miniature semiconductor cooling module designed for low-power, high-efficiency precision temperature control. With dimensions of just 15 × 15 mm, it delivers balanced cooling performance within a compact package, making it an ideal choice for applications seeking a balance between system compatibility and cooling capacity.


This product is available in three crystal configurations—K10, K16, and K22—with thicknesses of 3.0 mm, 3.6 mm, and 4.2 mm, respectively, corresponding to maximum cooling temperature differences of 60°C, 65°C, and 70°C (under conditions where the hot-end temperature Th = 40°C). It has a maximum voltage of just 3.7V, a maximum current of 3A, a maximum cooling power of 11W, and an internal resistance of 0.96Ω.


Compared to the 15×15mm TEC1-03104 (4A/15W/0.72Ω/60–70°C), the TEC1-03103 features a 25% reduction in current (3A vs. 4A) and and its power output is reduced by 27% (11W vs. 15W), while maintaining the same maximum temperature difference of 70°C. This results in less stringent requirements for the power supply, leads, and heat dissipation system, further reducing system integration complexity and cost.


Compared to the 15×15 mm TEC1-03102 (2.2 A/8 W/1.31 Ω/55–65 °C), the TEC1-03103 offers a 37.5% increase in power (11 W vs. 8 W), has a higher maximum temperature difference (70°C vs. 65°C), and achieves a better balance between power consumption and cooling capacity.


Compared to the 15×15mm TEC1-04901 (1.4A/8W/3.23Ω/60–70°C/5.8V), the TEC1-03103 offers higher power output (11W vs. 8W), lower operating voltage (3.7V vs. 5.8V), and better compatibility with single-cell lithium batteries.


This product is a cost-effective model in the 15×15mm series that offers low power consumption, medium-to-low current, and well-balanced performance.

🔷Peltier Module Product Features

1. Ultra-compact Design, Ideal Dimensions

With an ultra-small 15×15mm package and a thickness of just 3.0–4.2mm, it can be directly embedded into various compact devices.


2. Ultra-Low Voltage Operation, Direct Single-Cell Power Supply

With a maximum voltage of only 3.7V, it is perfectly matched to a single lithium-ion battery and requires no boost circuit. The 3.7V/3A operating conditions are extremely power-system-friendly.


3. Low-Current Design, High System Compatibility

With a maximum current of 3A, it places low demands on the power supply’s load-carrying capacity (a standard lithium battery is sufficient), simplifies the selection of drive MOSFETs, and minimizes circuit voltage drops.


4. Low-Power Operation, Minimal Thermal Load

With a maximum power of only 11W, heat generation at the hot end is moderate, resulting in lenient requirements for the thermal management system—a small heat sink or even passive cooling is sufficient.


5. Excellent Energy Efficiency

Each watt of power consumption generates a temperature difference of approximately 6.36°C (70°C/11W), delivering superior energy efficiency compared to similar products.
