The TEC1-05302 is a semiconductor cooling module designed for precision temperature control in extra-long, narrow spaces with medium power requirements. With dimensions of 10 × 30 mm and a long, asymmetrical package design, it is optimized for compact devices that require a layout extending along a long axis—such as laser arrays, elongated sensors, and microfluidic chips—enabling active temperature management within extremely narrow spaces.


This product is available in three chip configurations—K10, K16, and K22—with thicknesses of 3.0 mm, 3.6 mm, and 4.2 mm, respectively, corresponding to maximum cooling temperature differences of 60°C, 65°C, and 70°C (under a hot-end temperature of Th=40°C). It features a maximum voltage of 6.4 V, a maximum current of 2.2 A, a maximum cooling power of 14 W, and an internal resistance of 2.27 Ω.


The 10 × 30 mm ultra-long, narrow package allows it to be easily embedded into the sides of laser array housings, elongated sensor modules, microfluidic chip substrates—while ensuring a maximum cooling temperature difference of 70°C and a cooling power of 14W, it provides a 30mm coverage range along the length with a width of only 10mm, offering an ideal contact area for elongated heat sources. It is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring uniform temperature control along the longer dimension with moderate thermal loads. This product utilizes a sintering process combining 96% alumina ceramic (0.76 mm) and 0.4 mm oxygen-free copper; the relatively thick copper layer ensures uniform heat diffusion along the 30 mm length. It comes standard with 26 AWG silicone rubber leads (100 mm in length), which are flexible and facilitate wiring within elongated spaces. The 704 model features a silicone rubber perimeter seal, providing excellent moisture, dust, and shock resistance. Its all-solid-state construction ensures precise operation with zero noise and zero vibration.


This product is typically used in applications such as laser array temperature control, temperature stabilization for elongated image sensors, temperature control for PCR microfluidic chips, beauty device probes, and industrial laser processing equipment. It is the ideal choice for medium-power temperature control requirements in ultra-long, compact spaces.
