The TEC1-06303 is a semiconductor cooling module designed for precision temperature control in applications requiring a medium cooling area and medium-to-high power. With dimensions of 15 × 30 mm and a rectangular symmetrical package design, it provides ample heat exchange area while maintaining excellent spatial adaptability. It is optimized for compact devices such as laser modules, medical and cosmetic equipment, and analytical instruments that require a medium cooling area and handle high thermal loads.


This product is available in three crystal configurations—K10, K14, and K18—with thicknesses of 3.0 mm, 3.4 mm, and 3.8 mm, respectively, corresponding to maximum cooling temperature differences of 60°C, 65°C, and 70°C (under conditions where the hot-end temperature Th = 40°C). It features a maximum voltage of 7.6 V, a maximum current of 3.0 A, a maximum cooling power of 23 W, and an internal resistance of 1.98 Ω.


The 15×30mm rectangular package allows it to be embedded inside devices such as laser modules, medical probes, and analytical instruments—while ensuring a maximum cooling temperature difference of 70°C and high-power cooling of 23W, the 15mm width provides an excellent heat exchange area, helping to evenly transfer cooling capacity to the load surface. This product is designed to operate at 7.6V and 3.0A, making it highly compatible with common power supply platforms using two lithium batteries in series (7.4V), eliminating the need for complex power conversion. The low internal resistance of 1.98 Ω keeps Joule heating loss (I²R ≈ 17.8 W) at a reasonable level at 3.0 A, allowing more electrical energy to be converted into effective cooling capacity rather than self-generated heat. The substrate is manufactured using a sintering process combining 96% alumina ceramic (0.76 mm) and 0.2 mm oxygen-free copper. The thin copper layer reduces thermal mass, resulting in a more responsive temperature profile, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring rapid temperature ramping and frequent temperature switching. The 704 silicone rubber perimeter seal ensures a fully solid-state, noise-free, and vibration-free operation, delivering stable and reliable performance.
