🔷Operation Principle/ Work Principle

NTC thermistor is negative temperature coefficient thermistor. Its core semiconductor chip owns obvious negative temperature coefficient characteristic. As measured temperature increases, internal carrier concentration rises, the resistance of thermistor reduces correspondingly. The control circuit converts resistance change signal into real‑time temperature value, so as to realize temperature sensing and monitoring function.

The test items include resistance testing at 25℃, B‑value verification, high‑low temperature cycling test, insulation resistance test, wire pull‑out test and waterproof performance test (for waterproof models).
