2. Product Structure of Peltier Device Cooler

The TEC1-127-08 40×40mm Peltier cooler adopts a mature, high-reliability stacked structure, with 127 pairs of N-type and P-type semiconductor thermocouples as the core, encapsulated between two high-insulation, high-thermal-conductivity ceramic substrates (Al₂O₃).
